This is not your average baby food, this is family food.

If you’re tired of cooking two separate dinners every night, that ends here.

The 101 Before One App is built around realistic weeknight family meals. Inside, you’ll find meals handcrafted so your baby can eat the same foods as the rest of the family with a few simple modifications.

Spend less time making separate meals and more time creating memories around the table as a family.

Sweet potato and banana on repeat? Not anymore..

Research shows that the 6–8 month window is the most powerful time to build food acceptance. The 101 Foods Checklist makes sure you don't waste it.

Many parents end up serving the same few “safe” foods over and over again - simply because they don't know what else to serve!

But the 6 to 12 month window is a powerful opportunity to introduce your baby to a wide variety of foods, flavors, and textures.

Research shows that babies who experience more textures between 6 and 8 months are less likely to develop picky eating later on. This early exposure helps babies build familiarity with different foods and develop their own palate before your baby’s 1st birthday.

That is exactly why we created the 101 Foods Checklist.

Instead of getting stuck rotating the same few foods at every meal, the checklist lives on your fridge so you always know what foods your baby still needs to try!

Created by a working mom, for working parents

When I became a first-time mom (while working full time), our pediatrician told me to  “feed your baby what you eat,” but I needed more guidance to actually make that work.

As I learned more about baby-led weaning, I started modifying our family’s favorite meals so my baby could safely eat the same food we were eating. Those recipes eventually became the start of 101 before one®.

We created the app to make feeding your baby even easier by giving parents instant access to recipes, meal plans, and expert guidance whenever they need it.

Today, more than 100,000 families use 101 before one® to confidently introduce solid foods and enjoy family meals together.

The 101 before one® app is built by a team of pediatric specialists—a pediatrician, pediatric allergist, pediatric feeding therapist, registered dietitian, lactation consultant, and infant feeding specialist. Between us, we've raised 12 children and helped 100,000+ families
